Trainyard puzzle
Three switch positions across the yard, then a blue door and one of the densest crate rooms in the game.

Overview
Trainyard pays better than most blue puzzles — the loot room is roughly nine crates plus a red keycard. The cost is that the switches are spread across three separate structures, and scientists patrol between them.
Clear and switch the warehouse
Enter the metal warehouse with the recycler, clear the scientists, and flip the switch inside.
Climb for the second switch
Cross to the far side of the yard and climb to the raised balcony. The switch is up there, exposed — check rooftops before you commit to the ladder.
- You are skylined up here. It is the most common place to die at Trainyard.
Insert the fuse in the main building
Move to the main building and find the fuse box on the lower level. The two switches you flipped feed an AND gate into this fuse box, so both must be on. Insert the fuse and flip the switch next to it — that one switch powers both the green and the blue reader.
Optional: the green side room
On the external staircase there is a green door worth a crate, three barrels and often a blueprint fragment. Skip it if the timer is short.
Swipe blue on the upper floor
Carry on up one more floor, directly above the green door, and swipe blue.
Loot the crate room
This is the payoff: a dense crate room, the red keycard and usually blueprint fragments. Leave down the external stairs rather than back through the yard.
Optional: the coaling tower green rooms
The coaling tower over the tracks has two green-card rooms of its own. Both readers are wired straight to the monument’s generator, so they are always powered and need no fuse. The fuse box inside the tower runs the coaling machinery, not a door.
