Overview
Harbor has no radiation at all, which makes it the puzzle you can run in your starting clothes. At Small Harbor the whole puzzle is one building: the fuse box downstairs, the green door upstairs. Cargo Ship docks here, so check the water before you commit.
Find the office block
Head for the small two-storey office standing between the container stacks and the quay edge, not the big warehouse. At large harbour it can be boarded up — break the wood.
Insert the fuse
The fuse box is on the ground floor, usually sparking. Put your Electric Fuse in.
Flip the switch
The switch sits right beside the fuse box, within arm’s reach. Flip it and the green reader upstairs goes live.
Swipe green upstairs
Take the stairs to the upper floor of the same building and swipe green on the locked door.
Take the blue card
One or two crates and a blue keycard. Recycle on the pier before you leave — the harbour recycler is rarely contested early.
Watch the water on the way out
Harbours are where Cargo Ship docks and where tugboats spawn, so the quay is a natural ambush line. Leave along the container stacks rather than across the open quay.
